Log a pull-up with 0 external load. Your bodyweight counts. If you can't do a pull-up yet, use an assisted pull-up machine and log the equivalent. We're working on modification paths for future updates.
Grab a heavy weight in each hand (dumbbells, trap bar, or farmer's walk handles) and hold it at your sides without moving. Log the total load (both hands combined) and the hold time in seconds.
Your score is based on estimated 1RM across all 5 baseline lifts, normalized by bodyweight so every weight class competes fairly. No single lift can contribute more than 25% of your total score.
Yes. DUEL supports 537 exercises including resistance bands, adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements. You don't need a commercial gym.
Challenge a lifter in your strength band. Both lifters log their best performance within the duel window. The lifter with the better result wins. Outcomes are permanent.
Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Your personal data will be anonymized.
Go to Settings → Export My Data. Your workout history will be downloaded as a CSV file.
No. Gym locations on DUEL are created by users and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the gym. Gym owners can request removal by contacting us.
